I’m Jo! I’m a hairstylist, entrepreneur and educator based in Surrey. I am a positive, creative soul, passionate about creating styles for individuals. I believe in sexy, cool hair for everyone. I’m not a lover of ‘wedding hair’ as we know it. I’m a lover of the ‘undone’ – whether it be lived in hair , unstructured updos, beachy waves or battered jeans (worn with sequins of course!) busted converse, or driftwood covered beaches. You get it. I like things to look loved. Because they are.

I am a huge advocate for women in business and a strong believer in giving a girl skills so that she create her own life, with or without family, time or money on her side. Being creative is like no other skill..It gives you the ability to bend and carve your own place in the world and make money wherever you are. You just need to find your thing. Hair is definitely mine.
I have 2 children and have built several hugely successful hair business’s around them, usually when on Maternity leave, always with fire in my belly!
My business has grown as my family has, I have found my Tribe and I am delighted to say I’m now back in our beloved Lovehair studio home in Surrey.
I love hearing about peoples story, what inspires them and makes them tick. But there is almost always a self belief or confidence issue. This is holding you back and it doesn’t have to! I can give you the skills and share my knowledge and expertise, but the best thing I can do for you, is help you to feel confident about your own talents. Because you have them!
All of our hair courses cover the hair skills and the product chat but more importantly, they will give you the fire in your belly to push yourself to do better and reach your goals.
